Plans were slightly modified with the door placement to the side of the structure and the addition of a window. Also vinyl soffit material was used for ease of installation and to save cost. The foundation is on six poured concrete piers rather than the gravel base as shown in the video.

Hi Henry – Yes, a video on alternate rafter ends for gutters is a good idea. I had to be a bit creative on the gutter install with the 30 degree slant. – Paul –
Looks Great Paul! Nice on the modifications and the ridge venting. I see a gutter on the back… has me thinking that maybe we should do a video on alternate rafter ends to allow for easier gutter installation.
