I watched Henry’s videos and ordered the plans for reference. I modified the plans to widen and lengthen the shed to 12’x16’. As Henry mentioned on a couple of the testimonials, it’s easier to lengthen the shed. I am an experienced DIYer and drew up the plans for my village permitting office. I decided on 12 posts in concrete, below my frostline as my base. Everything below the walls is treated lumber. I made a few changes along the way, for instance, my overhang is smaller to match the look of my home. Otherwise, I followed Henry’s design and build spec. His design and details are very well done and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I referenced the videos and blueprints throughout the build and would definitely recommend this design to anyone. Thank you Henry for producing such a great video series with a lot of build details! I’ll be looking at more of your designs for future projects.

Thank you for posting so many progress pictures – other viewers are going to like this. Quite a change up from the plans which shows you know what you are doing as a lot of things change from the plans when you do this.
Looks awesome and appears you did everything right – from the concrete to the roof and venting too! I am sure you will get many decades of enjoyable use out of this shed. Nice professional looking shed!
