Backyard Shed: size adjusted to be 69 square feet because for 70 square feet (and above), the city wants to get involved. Floor dimensions are 111″ x 90″ and guided by your videos to build it.
Just recently retired me at work here, so took 6 months total build time. Two months of that time were due to near continuous rain in this area.
Built the door instead of buying it. 8′ x 10′ x 6″ concrete slab that I mixed/poured. Entry ramp made of Three 2″x4″ pieces plus a 3/4″ plywood piece leftover from the floor wood. Outer walls OSB since the Hardware store was pretty bare at that time due to the Virus. All trim is Cedar. Two 6″ circular air vents on front & back of shed. Assorted stains/sealants/paints as needed. Architectural Shingles. The shed should outlast me. ….now, on to rehabilitating the backyard lawn I’ve been ignoring.

Very cute little shed and nicely finished off… even see there is some venting installed. Crazy bylaws that require so much when you go over a certain sq footage – but 70 sq ft is a bit much before having to go through the building department – wow!
